- Bung some rice in the old cooker.
- I think freshly cooked rice is the best; use water to keep your fingers wet.
- Put a bit of rice into an onigiri mold - you should be able to pick one up for about a quid (you can get round ones and triangular ones).
- Stick a filling in the middle - I used smoked salmon, but I've also done tuna with a bit of mayo and a little spice.
- Bit more rice on top and press with the mold.
- Wrap or decorate with nori, furkikake, sesame seeds or whatever tickles your fancy.
