Ingredients:
2 lbs pork belly
1 bunch spinach
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 bunch string beans , cut in 2 inch length
2 pieces medium sized tomato, quartered
3 pieces chili
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 liters water
1 large onion, sliced
2 pieces taro, quartered
Instructions:
1. Put the cooking oil in a heated pan.
2. Saute the onions.
3. Add the pork belly and cook until light brown.
4. Add the fish sauce and mix w/ the ingredients.
5. Boil water.
6. Add taro and tomatoes; simmer for 40 mins until pork is tender.
7. Put the sinigang mix and chili.
8. Add string beans.
9. Put the spinach, turn off heat and cover the pot. Let it cook.
10. Ready to serve.
