1. Mix pork, soy sauce and garlic then marinade for atleast one hour.
2. Cook the marinated pork in a heated pot for a few minutes.
3. Add bay leaves, pepper corn and water then bring to a boil. Simmer for 40 mins- 1 hour.
4. Pour the vinegar and simmer for 12-15 mins.
5. Add salt to taste.
6. Ready to serve.

Ingredients:
10 large raw eggs, yolks and whites separated
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp confectioners sugar
14 ounces condensed milk
Instructions:
1. Combine egg whites and cream of tartar. Use electric mixer to beat.
2. While mixing , gradually put the granulated sugar.
3. Prepare a cooking try and put wax paper on top, grease it.
4. Pour the meringue on the wax paper. Spread evenly using a spatula.
5. Use a comb to add style. Bake it.
6. For the custard filling, whisk the egg yolks using balloon whisk.
7. Put it in a cooking pot, add the condensed milk.
8. Turn on the heat and stir thoroughly.
9. Continue cooking until thick texture.
10. Add vanilla extract and mix again.
11. Turn off the heat and set aside. Let it cool down.
12. Remove the meringue from the oven and let it cool.
13. Get confectioners sugar and sprinkle on top.
14. Put wax paper on top and flip to the other side.
15. Put the custard filling on top and spread.
16. Begin rolling from one end gently.
17. Serve.

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
4 pcs raw eggs
1 tbsp vanilla essence
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
2/3 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
Instructions:
1. Put the softened butter in a mixing bowl to cream. Add the granulated sugar and mix well.
2. Mix the cocoa powder and the melted chocolate. Use electric mixer to mix thoroughly.
3. Combine the eggs and mix again.
4. While beating the egg, put the vanilla essence.
5. When the mixture is fluffy, put in the flour.
6. Mix to evenly distribute the ingredients.
7. Put the baking powder and the salt into the mixture.
8. After mixing all the ingredients, use a clean wrap to cover the mixture and place it in the fridge. (min 3 hrs)
9. After refridgerating, scoop and roll it into a ball, and drench in the flour.
10. Put the balls in a baking tray with wax paper and bake.
11. Ready to serve.

Ingredients:
1 cup oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pc raw egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins
Instructions:
1. Combine baking powder, flour, salt and ground cinnamon then mix well. Set mixture aside.
2. Place the butter in a separate bowl and mix it using an electric mixer.
3. Add the light brown sugar gradually while mixing the mixture.
4. Put the vanilla extract and continue mixing.
5. Put the egg and mix again.
6. Gradually mix the oats while mixing the batter.
7. Put the raisins then mix thoroughly until well distributed.
8. Prepare a baking tray or cookie sheet. Place a wax paper on top and scoop the mixture.
9. Flatten the batter using your hand. (Wet your hands first)
10. Do it to the rest of the cookie batter.
11. Bake it in the oven.
12. After baking, let it cool down for a bit.
13. Ready to serve.

Ingredients:
3 cups toasted glutinous rice flour
1/2 cup toasted sweet rice flour
2 cups sugar
3 cups coconut milk
1 1/2 cups grated coconut, toasted
1 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions:
1. Put the coconut milk in a pot and let it boil.
2. Mix in the sugar while the coco milk boils.
3. Mix it well until sugar is diluted.
4. Pour in the toasted grated coconut in the pot. Just let it cook for a few minutes.
5. Put the toasted rice flour and the vanilla essence.
6. Mix it thoroughly until proper texture can be seen.
7. Make sure your cooking in low heat to prevent getting overcooked.
8. Turn off heat and allow mixture to cool down.
9. When you can handle the mixture, flatten it in a mold.
10. Cut it in your desired length and thickness.
11. Roll it in the toasted sweet rice flour.
12. Do the same procedure to the leftover mixture.
13. Ready to serve.

8 ounces unsweetened chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter
2 tbsp coffee
2 pcs raw eggs
Instructions:
1. Place the chocolate chunks in a bowl and let the steam of the boiling water melt it.
2. Beat the eggs and add the granulated sugar then stir thoroughly.
3. Add the softened butter in the mixture and stir again.
4. Mix the melted chocolates in the mixture and mix well.
5. Add the baking powder and salt then stir.
6. Mix the all-purpose flour gently and mix.
7. Mix the vanilla extract and the coffee. Make sure you mix it well.
8. Put the chopped walnuts in the mixture.
9. Continue mixing the mixture until ingredients and evenly distributed.
10. Prepare the oven, get a baking pan and grease it along with the sides.
11. Pour the mixture into the baking pan and flatten.
12. Place it in the oven and bake.
13. After baking, slice the brownies and place in a serving plate.
14. Ready to serve.

Ingredients:
1 lemon (juice)
1 lime (juice)
70 grams of sugar
5 egg yolks
250 grams of mascarpone cheese
1 1/2 sheets of gelatin
200 ml of whipped cream
candied citrus peel
Instructions:
1. Combine sugar, lime juice, lemon juice and egg yolks in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir thoroughly.
3. Steam the mixture for 3-5 minutes. Constantly mix while steaming.
4. Cover the gelatin sheets with cold water while the mixture is still warm. (takes a few minutes)
5. Take the softened gelatin out of the bowl and squeeze gently to remove excess water.
6. Place it in the warm mixture and whisk until completely dissolved.
7. Mix the mascarpone cheese and whipped cream and mix thoroughly.
8. When it thickens, put in glasses and leave in the fridge for 3-4 hrs.
9. Garnish eash glass with candied citrus peel and mint leaf.
10. Ready to serve.
